This is perfect if you are not ready to trademark, but want to avoid trademark infringement or putting all your money and hard work in building a brand that can never be trademarked.

Trademark Consultations start at $150 for 30 minutes for 1-2 trademarks. Fee may be credited towards Trademark Registration. Conditions Apply.

2. Trademark Registration with one flat fee that covers the application for one trademark in one class without charging more for office actions (they are all included). The only extra fees you pay are filing fees for additional classes, amendments (changes), filing fees for extensions, non-trademark registration fees, and other fees not included in the trademark standard package. Reduced rates are offered for multiple trademarks.

Our Standard Trademark Registration Package is $2500. Payment plans are available and services are billed in stages.
